David Simms, Tony Caputo and Randy Hendrickson, Founder and President of Horizon RV Resorts, formed Horizon RV Resort Development in order to provide current and future clients the opportunity to consolidate their needs under one umbrella.

A Unique Perspective
It is true that there are other firms who can provide some of the same services we do, and they do it well. We respect that, and we have great relationships with all our industry colleagues.
However, no other group we know of can provide the full range of services we offer, especially on a nationwide basis. One of the key differences is our ability to provide Feasibility Studies and Site Development services — and a commitment to delivering realistic, conservative reporting to our clients in the event we also take on their future third-party management services.
After all, it is we who will have to live with the projections we provide. And while other consultants might not have to face the success or failure of their forecasts, we do. And it serves neither the client nor Horizon if we provide data that is unrealistic.
